Suzanne Liscouski
Suzanne Liscouski, former vice president of federal civilian agencies and client executive at NCI, has joined information technology reseller Govplace as VP of strategy and business development.
Govplace said Monday Liscouski will be responsible for developing the Reston, Virginia-based company’s corporate strategy and plans for BD and capture activities.
At NCI, she helped identify business opportunities in the federal civilian market, particularly at law enforcement agencies such as the departments of Homeland Security, State and Justice.
She previously served as VP of the homeland security business at Creative Computing Solutions Inc. and BD director within TASC‘s homeland security group.
Liscouski began her industry career at Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) information systems unit as director of international strategy.
Her public-sector career includes time as director for Latin America at DHS, director for North America at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and director for Mexico within the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy.
