Arlington, Virginia-based government information technology services contractor Subsystem Technologies has bought KMS Solutions for an undisclosed sumin a push to grow service offerings and customer base in the defense and intelligence markets.
KMS will operate as a subsidiary of Subsystem and primarily offers C4ISR, systems engineering and integration, test range engineering and operations, information assurance and cybersecurity support services, Subsystem said Tuesday.
Subsystem maintains a portfolio of engineering, cybersecurity, management consulting and IT services to the federal sector.
KMS currently provides professional services to the U.S. Navy through its position on the SeaPort Enhanced contract vehicle.
