Strongside Builders Wins $300M DIA Facilities Services IDIQ

The Defense Intelligence Agency has awarded minority-owned construction firm Strongside Builders a $300 million single-award contract to provide facilities services to DIA within the continental U.S.

The Virginia Contracting Activity in Washington, D.C. conducted a competitive acquisition for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and received offers from five companies, according to a Department of Defense notice published Friday.

Chevy Chase, Maryland-based Strongside Builders will receive $344,865 in fiscal 2022 operations and management funds for the first task order.

DOD expects the contractor to finish work on March 31, 2028.
