STERIS Awarded $450M DLA Patient Monitoring, Capital Equipment Contract Modification

STERIS has secured a $450 million contract modification from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide patient monitoring and capital equipment for the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.

DLA exercised the five-year option period under a five-year base contract it previously awarded to STERIS, the Department of Defense said Friday.

The company received the base contract, worth $225 million, in June 2020, beating out 40 other bidders.

The modification is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, with the ordering period ending on June 22, 2030.
