Stephen Prosser, a veteran intelligence community leader, has joined the IC team of Annapolis, Md.-based federal management consulting firm Deep Water Point. Brunngraber added that Prosser joining the IC team would help the company facilitate the delivery of support and guidance to its clients.
“Steve has been a leader directly involved with re-imagining the future of the IC’s data and information landscape in the digital era, Rob Brunngraber, a partner and IC team lead at Deep Water Point, said in a statement published Thursday.
Before Deep Water, Prosser previously served as assistant director of national intelligence for information and data, chief data officer and IC information sharing and safeguarding executive. He advocated for the implementation of data management practices to improve data access and use across the community.
He also held management leadership roles at the CIA and worked at the National Reconnaissance Office’s communications systems directorate as head of the NRO infrastructure service provider.
