Stephen Iwicki Joins Octo Consulting as VP

Stephen Iwicki, founder of Blue Water Advisory Services, has joined Octo Consulting Group as a vice president.

Iwicki said in a LinkedIn post that he will be responsible for Octo’s growth strategy in the defense and intelligence sectors.

He previously served as senior vice president of the intelligence solutions group at SOS International; VP of the defense and military intelligence sector within General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business; and director of business strategy and operations at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).

Before he joined the private sector, Iwicki held various leadership positions at the U.S. Army between 1985 and 2005.
