The department plans to award an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with six to 10 awardees to meet IRM’s enterprisewide IT requirements, according to a request for information published Monday on the beta SAM website.
IRM currently procures IT services using the Vanguard contract.
The functional areas of the proposed multiple-award IDIQ contract include data center, compute, application, delivery, security and compliance, IT management support and services for storage, network and end-user platforms.
The State Department intends to award 10 task orders alongside the IDIQ contract, including network services, support for all email, Microsoft Teams and Skype services, cloud and overseas voice support task orders.
