Nashville, Tenn.-based staffing and recruiting firm Vaco has acquired MorganFranklin Consulting for an undisclosed sum in an effort to establish a $750M professional services provider focused on providing end-to-end executive placement, staffing and consulting services to clients across all industries.
Vaco said Wednesday that MorganFranklin will retain its name and identity under the leadership of CEO and Managing Partner Chris Mann, who will work with Vaco CEO and Founder Jerry Bostelman to facilitate the combination. Bostelman said the acquisition will allow Vaco to deliver a complete spectrum of services to customers.
Washington, D.C.-based MorganFranklin is a management advisory firm that provides enterprise risk management, audit readiness and sustainment support and technology services to federal, civilian, local and state government agency clients.
Vaco is a portfolio company of Olympus Partners and offers consulting, strategic staffing, executive search and permanent placement services across finance and accounting, operations and technology areas. Jefferies and Winston and Strawn respectively served as financial and legal advisers to MorganFranklin in the transaction. Kirkland and Ellis advised Olympus Partners and Vaco on the deals legal aspect.
