According to the notice published on SAM.gov Monday, the SSC/PKA has already released requests for quotes for two of the six projected Commercial SSSV Constellation blanket purchase agreements, particularly for administrative and cybersecurity support. The division also announced that it intends to release the other four commercial solicitations for acquisition, engineering, financial management and security support in 2025, with the projected RFQ for acquisition support expected to be released in the third quarter.
The potential $188 million acquisition support contract and the $47 million financial management support BPA will seek service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The security support contract, with an expected value of $132 million, and engineering support BPA, potentially worth $50 million, will target woman-owned small businesses.
The RFQs for the four BPAs will be exclusively posted on GSA eBuy. It will also publish a Special Notices For Information Purpose Only on SAM.gov to inform and prepare the industry of subcontracting opportunities and potential collaborations with General Services Administration multiple award schedule holders.
