Pahutski will be responsible for overseeing the development of the company’s portfolio of advanced analytics offerings in economic security and international foreign direct investment, SPA said Thursday.
Before he joined SPA, he was director of foreign investment review under the Pentagon’s industrial base policy and acquisition offices.
He became a member of the Senior Executive Service in 2017 and represented DOD in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S.
Pahutski also advised department leadership on matters related to the development, acquisition and deployment of artificial intelligence and cyber capabilities.
He served in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2013 and held various assignments such as program manager and chief of test and evaluation of the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 2.
