Systems Planning and Analysis holds a position on one of the 10 pools that compose a multiple-award General Services Administration contract vehicle for technology platforms and services intended to support the Department of Defense’s multidomain battlespace operations.

SPA is one of several companies holding positions on pool 9 and seeks to work with defense customers in product, program, project or process implementation efforts needed to carry out operational missions.
