SOSi Opens Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis; Julian Setian Quoted

SOS International has opened a facility that will offer information support to the public and private sectors on international security-related topics such as intellectual property, foreign military affairs and cybersecurity.

The Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis uses open-source technology, software and data-as-a-service platforms from SOSi’s Exovera subsidiary, the company said Thursday.

CIRA also employs linguist-analysts who are fluent in Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Farsi, Spanish and Korean languages.

“Our CIRA analysts provide real-time feedback to Exovera’s engineers, creating an invaluable feedback loop to optimize our tools for wider use across the intelligence and law enforcement communities,” said Julian Setian, president and CEO of SOSi and a two-time Wash100 awardee.

Setian added that the company is developing a wide range of artificial intelligence-based technology products.

SOSi established the center to help government and business leaders manage national security, analyze risks to the supply chain, assess technologies, investigate fraudulent transactions and conduct due diligence through the new center.
