The company said Tuesday the promotion of Karaca, most recently group VP for strategic finance and investor relations, took effect Monday, June 16.

Who Is the New CFO of SolarWinds?
Karaca has over 20 years of senior finance leadership experience within Wall Street and the technology industry.
In 2022, he joined SolarWinds as group VP responsible for leading cross-functional teams spanning strategic finance, investor relations, analytics and data science; providing financial direction; and helping the company expand its market presence and drive growth and profitability.
Prior to SolarWinds, he was VP and head of strategic finance at property management firm Mynd.
The newly appointed CFO held senior finance roles at several companies, including Bridgewater Associates, Strategic Insight, AIG and Microsoft.
