The Department of Defense said Monday the award covers UH-60M aircraft for foreign military sales to Australia, Brazil, Greece, Sweden and Thailand in fiscal 2025.
Sikorsky will perform contract work at its Stratford, Connecticut location, with efforts expected to run until Dec. 31, 2027.
The Lockheed business was obligated the full contract modification amount at the time of the award.
UH-60M Aircraft Procurement
In July, Sikorsky also received an Army contract modification worth $251.5 million for the Black Hawk helicopters. The award was funded using the Army’s fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement budget and FMS allocations from Croatia and Jordan.
The contract modification followed the State Department’s approval of a $500 million purchase request from the government of Croatia for eight UH-60M platforms and aircraft components.
