The Washington Headquarters Services has awarded a four-year, $100M contract to Signature Renovations for construction services at the Pentagon building in Arlington, Va., and surrounding reservation area. The company will perform design-build and bid-build work through Aug. 23, 2023 under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
WHS will use fiscal 2019 Pentagon reservation maintenance revolving funds to finance individual task orders. Capitol Heights, Md.-based Signature Renovations offers construction management, pre-design planning and scoping, historical restoration and architectural, mechanical and electrical services.
The company is a Small Business Administration-certified general contractor under 8(a) and HUBZone contracting programs.
