Siemens Unit Wins Potential $4B DLA Contract for Radiology Systems, Training

A business unit of Siemens has won a potential 10-year, $4.13 billion contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply U.S. military branches with radiology systems, accessories and training.

The Defense Department said Tuesday that Siemens Medical Solutions USA will perform work in Pennsylvania through March 27, 2022, in support of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps as well as federal civilian agencies.

DoD added the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a five-year base period and one five-year option.

DLA Troop Support received 27 offers for the contract through a competitive procurement process.
