Shawn Julien Joins REI Systems as Chief People Officer

Shawn Julien, formerly senior director of human resources at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology unit, has joined technology services provider REI Systems as chief people officer, according to his LinkedIn post.

He brings to the role over two decades of experience overseeing HR functions for technology companies with a focus on leadership development, business transformation, talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Julien joined REI Systems after his over seven-year career at GDIT where he managed multiple HR teams tasked with supporting business delivery and enterprise growth needs of the company’s business arms.

Before joining GDIT, he was director of HR within the defense business unit at TASC, now part of Engility, and senior account manager for government services at TEKsystems.
