Shankar Rachakonda at Radiant Digital
Shankar Rachakonda has led Radiant Digital in securing contracts in 2023.
In February, Radiant Digital received a three-year contract from the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living to update an online database of government programs supporting people with disabilities, older adults, and caregivers. They aimed to develop a dynamic and user-focused solution for the AGing, Independence and Disability program.
In October, Radiant Digital secured a five-year contract from the Department of Health and Human Services to maintain and enhance the Older Americans Act Performance System, a platform for collecting vital data related to programs under the Older Americans Act. They utilized a structured management approach and a human-centered agile methodology to support the Administration for Community Living’s mission.
Moreover, Shankar Rachakonda spoke at the Federal Digital Transformation Conference alongside other industry professionals. He discussed digital transformation, emphasizing the tactical view of user experience and customer satisfaction.
