Serco Inc. — the British contractor's North American arm — will help the U.S. Army manage the branch's civilian readiness and talent management program as part of a potential five-year, $27.8M contract.
The company said Tuesday it will integrate, coordinate and implement a people strategy for the service and provide support for civilian career programs.
“As part of our Defense Personnel Readiness business, we have been providing these essential support services since 2011," said Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Inc. and past recipient of the Wash100 Award.
The Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs issued the recompete contract with one base year plus four option years.
