Scott Weliver
Scott Weliver, former federal account manager at engineering and technical services provider Wood, has been appointed executive client manager for the U.S. Army at Dewberry’s federal business.
He brings more than 35 years of military and industry experience to his new position and will work at Dewberry’s Fairfax, Va. office, the company said Wednesday.
Before he joined Wood in 2017, Weliver held leadership roles at engineering firms Amec Foster Wheeler and MACTEC with responsibility over Army and regional federal programs.
He spent over two decades at the Army where he served as an engineering officer and led units with over 450 personnel as well as projects valued at more than $500M.
Weliver holds active memberships with the American Society of Civil Engineers and Society of American Military Engineers.
