Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre Receives 9th Wash100 From Executive Mosaic

Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre was presented with his ninth consecutive Wash100 Award during a recent visit from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson.

The Wash100 Award, established by Garrettson in 2014, recognizes 100 top government and government contracting executives for their exemplary leadership, innovative drive and forward-thinking vision.

“Scott has now won the Wash100 Award an astounding nine times, a recognition that cements him as one of the most celebrated leaders in GovCon. As CEO of Guidehouse, Scott has led the firm’s rapid growth, with a recent focus on its health segment, and secured major federal partnerships, including collaborations over the last several months with Google and Hexagon,” said Garrettson.

“Guidehouse is also delivering on a massive $12 billion Air Force contract, reinforcing its strength in national security. A founding exec who helped carve Guidehouse from PwC’s public sector arm in 2018, Scott has been at the helm since day one—steering the company to new heights year after year,” continued Garrettson.

Company Culture Fuels Strategic Wins and Growth

McIntyre’s ninth straight Wash100 honor results from another productive year highlighted by major contracts, partnerships, investments and the continuous fostering of a “people-first” culture in the company. The executive champions “old school” values to provide for clients’ needs, emphasizing strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of their industry. This approach is instrumental to Guidehouse’s growth in the past year, which included securing major contracts such as the 18-year, $12 billion contract from the U.S. Air Force for ICBM systems engineering, $1.8 billion Personnel and Readiness Infrastructure Support Management, or PRISM, contract from the Department of Defense and the $2.2 billion Global Health Comprehensive Technical Assistance for Health Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical Management contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development. Guidehouse also secured a contract from the Department of Health and Human Services to modernize the nation’s organ transplant system.

The company forged strategic partnerships with Google Public Sector and Hexagon to accelerate the federal government’s digital modernization efforts. In addition, Guidehouse expanded its healthcare segment into a $1 billion business and opened a regional operations hub in San Antonio, Texas, to boost client access to advisory, digital, corporate, and managed services.

Congratulations to Scott McIntyre and the entire Guidehouse team!
