According to a Federal Procurement Data System notice, the award has an initial action obligation worth $3.1 million and, if all options are exercised, an expected completion date of Aug. 6, 2029.
SRC will support the JT&E initiative of the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Director Operational Test and Evaluation. The program develops potential non-materiel options for enhancing military effectiveness. It employs operational T&E approaches for analyzing and validating proposed joint military technologies.
The company competed against one other contract bidder and the award was made under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services, or OASIS, contract vehicle.
Aside from the recent award, SRC also received a $171.9 million contract option in May 2024 to continue providing the U.S. Navy with professional management and technical services in support of the military branch’s cyberspace operation systems and capabilities.
