Hogan also served as managing director at Wolf Den Associates, providing guidance to government and industry customers before the strategy and management consulting firm was acquired in 2022. His career also includes time holding business strategy-focused roles at IronArch Technology, Falconwood and the former E3 Federal Solutions company.

Recently, the firm was awarded a potential 10-year, $150 million blanket purchase agreement from the Department of Justice for records and information management support services.
