Sarah Lynn, formerly a Peraton vice president and legal executive, was appointed as general counsel and secretary at Valiant Integrated Services, where she will have global legal, compliance and ethical leadership as well as corporate secretary functions.
The company said Monday Lynn has experience in handling legal responsibilities given her previous role with Peraton and Perspecta as deputy general counsel.
Commenting on the recent appointment, Valiant CEO Dan Corbett said Lynn’s background in government services and business transactions could support the company’s growth efforts and long-term objective execution.
“She has an extensive understanding of the complex legal questions that come with global operations and rapid industry change,” noted the chief executive.
Lynn’s career also includes working on legal and corporate transactions with DXC Technology, Hewlett-Packard Company and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. She contributed her expertise to form DXC in 2017 when HPE spun off its enterprise services business and merged it with Computer Sciences Corporation.
