Carter is a more-than-two-decade industry veteran with experience in the design, implementation and administration of technologies and services in support of government and commercial information technology programs.
She joined ManTech in February 2018 after her prior role as a senior manager at Ernst & Young with responsibility for the firm’s transformation client engagement initiatives.
Her private sector career also includes 17 years of service at Irving Burton Associates and quality analyst roles at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and health screening provider Q&A.
