Arlington, Virginia-based information technology company Indev has promoted Sandi Van Valkenburg, former senior director of transportation programs, to the position of vice president.
She will continue to oversee Indev’s portfolio of programs supporting the Department of Transportation and provide mentorship and guidance to company personnel working on DOT projects, the company said Jan. 24.
Van Valkenberg previously worked at Deloitte in senior management role focused on cloud strategy, implementation and systems modernization efforts in support of federal customers.
Prior to Deloitte, she held director positions at CGI‘s (NYSE: GIB) federal arm and Prior to Deloitte, she worked for CGI Federal, where she was responsible for their FedRAMP accredited cloud services and the secure delivery of cloud capabilities to GSA’s Office of Citizen Services and Information Technology (OCSIT) as well as a number of other federal agencies.
Before joining the IT company in 2019, the newly appointed VP previously held leadership roles at Deloitte, CGI‘s (NYSE: GIB) federal arm and IT consultancy Johnston Mclamb.
