San Francisco-based Salesforce said Tuesday it will integrate Acumen Solutions with its professional services business upon the deal’s closing.
The transaction will enable Salesforce Professional Services to use Acumen’s industry knowledge to better deliver services to clients through the Customer 360 platform.
Acumen uses Salesforce to provide government agencies, businesses and other organizations with a suite of platforms designed to help them provide connected digital experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.
