Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has won a potential $900.3M contract to provide supply chain management services for the Defense Logistics Agency‘s Global Tire Program.
DLA received two responses for the contract that has five base years, followed by two two-year options and an additional four two-month options, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
The agency will use fiscal 2019 through fiscal 2024 defense working capital funds along with foreign military sales funds for the procurement effort.
Work under the base period will take place in Texas and various locations outside continental U.S. through March 8, 2024.
The GTP will work to address aircraft and ground tire support requirements of domestic and international defense customers.
