SAIC said Wednesday the contract was awarded in support of the NORAD/USNORTHCOM Information Technology Enterprise Services program, also known as NITES.
Under the award, the company will support the NITES program by deploying platforms and professionals across the areas of IT service management, IT system automation, cybersecurity, network modernization and cloud migration.
Vincent DiFronzo, executive vice president for Air Force and Combatant Commands at SAIC, said the company is committed to delivering highly-resilient IT network to warfighters.
“We will leverage our recent NORAD command and control modernization success through the ABMS Cloud Based Command and Control program to accelerate NORAD’s Enterprise IT capability,” added DiFronzo, a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
