TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 6, 2018 Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has lined up Engility (NYSE: EGL) Board Members David Kerko and Katharina McFarland to join its own board of directors once the companies’ $2.5B acquisition deal is finalized next year, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
SAIC said Tuesday the appointment of Kerko, a consultant to KKR, and McFarland, a former top acquisition official for the Defense Department and U.S. Army, will expand its board membership to 11 following the purchase of Engility.
