In addition to both being on the board’s audit committee, Handlon will be part of the nominating and corporate governance panel, while Reagan will be on the human resources and compensation group, SAIC said Tuesday.
These appointments bring the company’s board membership to 13 directors.
Reagan, a five-time Wash100 awardee, was executive vice president and chief financial officer at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) from July 2015 until he retired in July 2021. He also held the CFO role at Vencore, PAE, Vangent and Deltek.
Handlon recently retired as EVP of finance and treasurer of Marriott International (Nasdaq: MAR) after a nearly 24-year career there. She is also a board member at Invesco Mortgage Capital.
