Sabel Systems Technology Solutions has announced through LinkedIn Tuesday Matt Ford, Matthew Jung, Will Chapman and Mitch Brown will join the company’s leadership team in key roles.
The company said the appointments align with efforts to build a strong foundation and establish Sabel Systems as a trusted partner in digital engineering and innovations.
Matt Ford
Ford, a 20-year industry veteran with extensive knowledge in digital transformation, was appointed vice president of business development. He has a proven track record of delivering transformative growth, business management and disruptive technology initiatives. He was also the VP of business development at Noblis and SAIC, and a senior program director for three years at Elbit Systems. Ford was the director of programs at Sierra Nevada Corp., senior program manager at Cobham Mission Systems and Leonardo DRS, and program manager at BAE Systems.
Matthew Jung
Jung, a Navy veteran with experience in cybersecurity and network engineering, was chosen as the new senior VP of business development. He most recently served as VP of growth at phia for over five years. He was also the director of both business development and DHS operations at Kingfisher Systems. Jung spent nearly eight years at ERP International as a DHS account manager and senior program manager. Before joining the private sector, the executive served as an information assurance manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a cryptographer in the Navy.
Will Chapman
Chapman will join Sabel Systems as director of acquisitions. The 18-year public sector veteran worked for nearly 17 years at the General Services Administration, serving various roles, including cybersecurity and supply chain risk management program analyst, contract specialist and PBS program specialist. Jung also worked as a contract specialist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Mitch Brown
Brown was appointed the senior communications lead. He previously served as a senior multimedia specialist at QinetiQ for nearly two years and brings extensive broadcasting experience, having hosted, directed and produced various radio and TV productions.
