Russ Mann
Russ Mann, former Outerwall chief marketing officer and senior vice president of e-commerce, has been appointed president and CEO of business-to-government commerce intelligence firm Onvia (Nasdaq: ONVI).
Onvia said Monday Mann will also serve as a member of the board of directors and bring years of board- and executive-level corporate transformation and transaction experience.
“Russ has a proven record of growing shareholder value at technology and e-commerce companies in B2B and B2C, through sales and marketing optimization and new product innovation, as well as through strategic alliances, business development and corporate acquisitions, ” said D. Van Skilling, chairman of the board at Onvia.
As president and CEO of Onvia, Mann will be in charge of a company that provides B2G intelligence services designed to help government contractors and agencies drive efficiency in the procurement process.
He has worked at Covario, Nintex, Onyx Software, Deloitte, HNC Software, FICO, Orca Strategies and Peregrine Systems.
He holds bachelor’s degrees from Cornell University and a master’s degree in business from Harvard Business School.
