The award provides a 20-year term without option periods, with scheduled completion on July 31, 2045 and performance locations inside and outside the continental United States, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Subsumable RTX Contract Terms
Basic terms and conditions are defined in the award that allows “C” type subsumable contracts with indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity arrangement and negotiated pricing. Funding is the sole responsibility of the contract’s customers—the Defense Logistics Agency, or DLA, the U.S. Army and DOD—and can vary in appropriations type and fiscal year.
The DLA Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Ground, is the contracting activity of the sole source acquisition under a request for proposal issued on SAM.gov in March.
