Roger Ouellette , former senior manager of cyber engineering at The Vertex Company, has joined V2X (NYSE: VVX) as chief information security officer.
He joins V2X one year after the company was formed by the merger of Vectrus and Vertex .
Ouellette is a 23-year U.S. Air Force veteran who previously held cybersecurity roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Honeywell Technology Solutions, according to his LinkedIn profile.
His military career included assignments as commander of the 561 Network Operations Squadron and the Air Force Network Operations and Security Center.
He concluded his USAF service in 2011 with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
