Robert O’Brien Named to Strider’s Strategic Advisory Board

Former U.S. National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien will join the strategic advisory board of Strider Technologies.

The Salt Lake City, Utah-based strategic intelligence provider said Thursday O’Brien will play a key role in advancing its artificial intelligence strategy, driving the expansion of real-time strategic intelligence capabilities that empower decision-makers in the geopolitical landscape.

Who Is Robert O’Brien?

O’Brien is a current member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board. He co-founded and serves as chair of American Global Strategies. He was named chairman of the board of directors of the Richard Nixon Foundation in 2022 and currently serves as co-chair of the Nixon Seminar on Conservative Realism and National Security. He is also co-founder and partner emeritus at Larson.

From 2019 to 2021, he held the position of National Security Advisor, advising the president on foreign policy and national security. O’Brien was appointed special presidential envoy for hostage affairs, where he played an instrumental role in bringing home over 25 American detainees. He also served as co-chairman of the Department of State’s Public-Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan. O’Brien was the U.S. representative at the United Nations’ 60th General Assembly.
