Robert Mills, a more than 10-year GovCon industry veteran, has been named vice president of business development at ECS, a Fairfax, Virginia-based information technology services contractor and a business segment of ASGN (NYSE: ASGN).
He announced the move in a LinkedIn post published Friday.
Mills brings to ECS his experience and skills in capture management, strategic planning, customer relationship management, sales management, pricing strategy and team leadership.
Prior to ECS, Mills spent more than a decade at Apex Systems, where he served as VP and principal for government services and led business operations and growth initiatives across defense, civil, federal health, aerospace and state, local and education segments, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He also held the roles of defense sector lead and executive director for government services at Apex.
