Robert Miller
Robert Miller III, a former capture manager at KEYW Corp. (Nasdaq: KEYW), has been named director of business development for the security and intelligence division at Parsons‘ federal group.
Parsons said Monday that Miller brings more than 16 years of capture and program management, signals intelligence, software development, collection systems, advanced targeting and business development experience to his new position.

Miller previously served as a program manager at engineering firm Praemittias and led a team that provided support services to the Special Operations Command in the areas of untethered signals intelligence training, force modernization and tactics, techniques, and procedures development.
He is also a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
