Robert Kincade, a 10-year veteran of Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), has joined information and engineering services provider Colsa as chief growth officer.
The three-decade industry veteran announced his new role at Colsa in a LinkedIn post Thursday and will also hold the title of executive vice president.
He previously served as a principal in charge of Booz Allen’s U.S. Army mission systems engineering and technology business in Huntsville, Alabama, and directed capture and proposal initiatives in an earlier role with the company’s business development team.
Kincade held a 15-year career at microwave technology company Systems Engineering & Management before joining Booz Allen in 2013.
While working at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), he designed robotic aerial surveillance systems and secured a U.S. patent for his work in that field.
