Once onboarding is finalized, the executive will assume his new role at the federal business arm of Spirent and leverage his business operation experience to provide leadership of the positioning, navigation and timing simulation company, Spirent Federal said Monday, Spirent Federal said Monday.
“With his extensive experience in complex test methodologies and scaling businesses, Rob is the ideal person for this role,” commented Dan Bader, board chairman at Spirent Federal. “He has expertise in every facet of the business and will move Spirent Federal into its next phase of innovation and growth.”
During his 33-year career at Spirent Communications, VanBrunt held posts of increasing responsibilities, starting as product and development manager and moving to director and vice president roles focused on management, strategy and M&A.
VanBrunt said he looks forward to joining the team to accelerate PNT test technology and strengthen partnerships within the government and industry.
