Richard Ric Sears, formerly vice president of technology at IntelliDyne, has been promoted to senior VP for technology and innovation at the Falls Church, Virginia-based consulting firm.
Sears will oversee the integration of IntelliDynes advanced analytics platforms with technical services under the companys enterprise infrastructure management portfolio, IntelliDyne said Monday.
IntelliDyne CEO Tony Crescenzo said Sears promotion is part of the companys push to support strategic expansion efforts.
Sears will continue to lead the IntelliDyne Technical Advisory Council that works to align the companys technical functions with strategic opportunities and future trends.
Prior to joining IntelliDyne in 2011, he spent nearly four years at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators as director of software engineering.
