Rich Sawchak Appointed to Gunnison Board; Gil Dussek Quoted

Rich Sawchak, chief financial officer at software-as-a-service company Hypori, has joined the board of directors of Gunnison Consulting Group.

He brings to the board his capital markets experience and track record of scaling technology companies and executing mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, Gunnison said Tuesday.

Gunnison CEO Gil Dussek said Sawchak will be a key asset to the company, employees and clients as he brings his federal market knowledge as a chief experience officer.

Prior to Hypori, Sawchak spent nearly a decade as CFO at Novetta, which was acquired by Accenture Federal Services from global investment firm The Carlyle Group (Nasdaq: CG) in August 2021.

He also held finance leadership roles at Schafer and Paradigm Solutions.

Sawchak said he looks forward to assisting the board and leadership team in achieving strategic corporate objectives and advancing its growth initiatives within the federal marketplace.
