TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 23, 2020 — The board of trustees at Noblis elected Rich Jacques, the nonprofit’s vice president for intelligence and law enforcement since January 2019, as a corporate officer, ExecutiveGov reported Tuesday.
Noblis said Nov. 16 Jacques has more than two decades of leadership experience in areas such as organizational performance, growth strategy and technology modernization.
