Carter brings to Albers years long experience in working at several aerospace and defense companies.
He previously served as director of business development at Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) space business; VP of national security and battlespace management business unit at SNC; and project engineering manager at BAE Systems; among other roles and companies.
