William Conley
William Conley, most recently director of electronic warfare at the Department of Defense, has joined Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY) as chief technology officer, C4ISRNET reported Monday.
He was instrumental in the Pentagons effort to advance the electromagnetic spectrum operations concept as head of electronic warfare at DoDs office of the undersecretary for acquisition and sustainment.
Conley previously served as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and as an engineer at the U.S. Navy.
