Report: William Conley Named Mercury Systems CTO

William Conley, most recently director of electronic warfare at the Department of Defense, has joined Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY) as chief technology officer, C4ISRNET reported Monday.

He was instrumental in the Pentagon™s effort to advance the electromagnetic spectrum operations concept as head of electronic warfare at DoD™s office of the undersecretary for acquisition and sustainment. 

Conley previously served as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and as an engineer at the U.S. Navy.
