Aretum, the newly established mid-tier platform company of Renovus Capital Partners, has acquired Arlington, Virginia-based federal contractor Miracle Systems.
Miracle and Renovus portfolio company Panum Telecom will operate under Aretum, which is focused on delivering technology platforms, management consulting and mission support services to the Department of Defense, Defense Homeland Security and federal civilian agencies, Renovus said Tuesday.
“The combination of Panum and Miracle under the Aretum umbrella is yet another step in our growing commitment to support the mission of government agencies with technology and management consulting services,” Atif Gilani and Manan Shah, partners at Renovus Capital, said in a joint statement.
King & Spalding acted as legal counsel to Renovus and Panum in the transaction.
