The Baltimore, Maryland-based business management consultant said Tulsian has over 25 years of experience in driving market expansion, developing product and service delivery frameworks and empowering professional teams.
Prior to joining RELI Group, Tulsian was with SAIC for more than a decade. His roles there were vice president of commercial and state and local, VP and then SVP of health, SLED and civilian agencies.
The career of the new RELI Group president and COO also includes nearly 10 years at CGI Technologies & Solutions, joining as director of corporate finance and then serving as vice president of global delivery.
