Rekha Ranganathan
Rekha Ranganathan, a more than 20-year health care and technology industry veteran, has been named president of CAEs (NYSE: CAE) health care business.
Ranganathan succeeds Robert Amyot, who will continue to serve in an advisory role to facilitate the transition, CAE said Monday.
Marc Parent, president and CEO of CAE, said Ranganathan is a business leader with over two decades of operational and strategic experience in the health sector and will help drive CAE Healthcares mission to enhance patient safety and training of health professionals through simulation-based platforms.
Prior to CAE, Ranganathan previously served as vice president and global general manager for computed tomography and advanced molecular imaging within Philips Healthtechs diagnostic imaging group.
She previously led the commercial and marketing strategy for emerging markets at Boston Scientific USA and served as a senior consultant at management consulting firm McKinsey.
