TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 13, 2018 Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) intelligence, information and services business will work with HawkEye 360 on a project to utilize next-generation geospatial systems that will serve to deliver situational awareness to government users, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Through a strategic investment, Raytheon IIS will be able to access the commercial small satellite firm’s geospatial data to supplement its analytics services to the government, Raytheon said Monday.
“Our plan is to fuse HawkEye 360’s geospatial information with other relevant data sources, further augmenting the intelligence we provide to our U.S. and international customers,” noted Dave Wajsgras, president of Raytheon IIS and a four-time Wash100 awardee.
