TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 25, 2017 Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) will procure winch devices from Curtiss-Wright as part of the pre-production test article of the Variable Depth Sonar on the U.S. Navy‘s littoral combat ships, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Curtiss-Wright said Thursday Raytheon’s integrated defense systems business will add the winch technology onto the VDS anti-submarine warfare asset in preparation for the delivery of the pre-production test article in late 2018.
